Exemplar Support Plans

To support you in developing your SEN support plans exemplar plans have been created, remember there is no set format but you are required to record outcomes sought, support and teaching strategies or approaches. To do this effectively:

  • Focus on the individual needs of the child not their SEND
  • Use easy to access language
  • Highlight their strengths
  • Capture child and caregiver voice and aspirations
  • Only use evidence based approaches
